Export a product's on-hand inventory

Exporting your inventory can be handy for comparing with your other internal systems, or just for obtaining a snapshot of your current position. You'll only be able to export on-hand inventory for one product at a time, and it will always be listed by the items' primary IDs or aggregation IDs.

Navigate to the Products page from the left-side menu

Click on the product whose inventory you’ve like to export

Select the inventory items from the list using the left-side check boxes. If you want to select all inventory beyond the page in view, use the small arrow to the left of the "Primary ID" column header to click Select all data

Click Actions > Download XLS. A CSV file containing the inventory with all the product's current data elements will automatically download to your computer.
