Delete a location from your company's account

The following is how to delete a business location in your account settings. You may want to delete a location if it is no longer in use, or was associated with a partner company you no longer work with. Note that because Wholechain uses blockchain technology, all previous records logged at a deleted location will always remain in the event details.

Navigate to your Company’s Settings, by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner > Settings

Click on the Locations tab, and click the Actions icon (⋯) > Delete on a location you want to delete

Confirm deleting the location by clicking OK

Note: You will not be able to delete a location if there is any inventory currently recorded there. You'll need to either decommission the items, or move them to a new location with a ship event.
