Delete a location from your company's account

The following is how to delete a business location in your account settings. You may want to delete a location if it is no longer in use, or was associated with a partner company you no longer work with. Note that because Wholechain uses blockchain technology, all previous records logged at a deleted location will always remain in the event details.

Navigate to your Company’s Network, by clicking on Network tab
Hover over the company that has a location you want to delete, then click the Actions > Edit
Find the location in the company's settings page under Location Details
Hover over the location that you want to delete, and click the trash icon to delete
Click Done

Note: You will not be able to delete a location if there is any inventory currently recorded there. You'll need to either decommission the items, or move them to a new location with a ship event.
