Update your account settings

Each Wholechain account is associated with a specific user and a business. The user is linked to a unique email address, however the business could contain multiple users with access to the same inventories, features, and details. It is simple to update a user's profile and account settings - however please note that while any user can update their profile, only a user designated as an Owner or Admin has the ability to change business settings. Navigate to the Settings page via the icon in the top right corner

In the Account Settings tab, click Edit

Here you'll be able to edit certain details about your account, such as primary Business Address as well as Phone Number. Note that most of the other details are auto-populated and cannot be edited because they are core data attributes for traceability. If you need to change any of these fields, please contact us at support@wholechain.com
