Share a Trade Item

If your vendor is sending you traceability data - using the Ship Event Form or directly in the user interface - you must first share your trade items to your vendor. You can share your trade items in 2 ways:

1. When you invite your supplier to Wholechain

or

2. After you and your Vendor are Wholechain connected.

To Share a Trade Item with a Wholechain Connected Vendor:

1. Go to Master Data - Trade Items and search for the Item.
2. Click on the Trade Item.
3. Click Sharing.
4. Click Manage Sharing.
5. Search for the Trade Partner and select the Trade Partner.
6. Click Share!​
